Large Group Interventions (LGI) are methods for facilitating and managing Organizational Change that include the whole organization (or a representation of the organization), and often other stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, financiers, and governments. The number of participants can vary from 10 to 3000 or more participants.

10 doesn't seem very "large". And couldn't this be a generic term for Participatory Processes that involve large numbers of people?

The Bohm Dialogue, especially Collective Reflection has significance for me in terms of artistic critique and dialogue.

If one wanted to connect this to Jungian thought I'd relate to that.
