I, Larry Victor, have not been in touch with Stan Pokras for almost a decade; but a month seldom goes by when I don't think of him and his contributions to my thinking.

I first met Stan at a gathering hosted by Robert Theobald, here in Tucson. I then got to know him better through our joint participation in the Electronic Networkers Association (ENA) which held one of its national meetings in the late 1980s in Philadelphia. He also was integral in an experiment to integrate f2f conference sessions with computer recording for online distribution in the late 1980s, at the First International Informatics Access Conference'87, held at the Baylor Medical Center in Texas. I recently looked Stan up through Google, and he remains very active in community organization in Philadelphia and I will seek to invite him to particpate in NCDD. His last project was establishing computer Thrift Stores to help bridge the digital divide.

The Bohm Dialogue, especially Collective Reflection has significance for me in terms of artistic critique and dialogue.

If one wanted to connect this to Jungian thought I'd relate to that.
