Comments:
In my latest thinking about what I know so far of this community, there are 3 primary focus areas that point to something about the culture: political arena, anti-racism and academia. Others include social justice and nonprofit focus. I would like to see us acknowledge something about what this means for how we interact with the world and what we care about as a community of D&D practitioners. Then we can see who else or what else we want to attract and we could also be open to who is here that is not from these orientations. Not sure how to address this, as it is a sense I have and not adequate language to describe my experience so far. To me, this is the place in the design to touch on the culture of this community, so that there are less conflicts, marginalized feelings and more clarity about what brings us together and what are our unique contributions as individual practicitioners or groups.
Questions: *What values describe the field of D&D in your practice? (what do you hold most dear in this work and why is that important to you?) *What is the unique contribution to society from the D&D community? *What expectations do you hold from a community of practicitioners of which you are a part? testing comments feature
