This is a DRAFT, in progress, of a Copy Right statement for Ncdd Wiki.
All references to "work" here include collection or compilation work.
Material submitted to the Ncdd Wiki is generally assumed to be the original work of the submitter. We request that you avoid submitting any work that you did not create yourself. Short quotes are permitted under fair use. For longer works, please rewrite the information in your own words, or link to the work and suggest that others write about it here in their own words.
By submitting your own work you grant non-exclusive rights for the National Coalition For Dialogue And Deliberation to publish your work through Ncdd Wiki. You also grant non-exclusive rights for any user of Ncdd Wiki to, within Ncdd Wiki, make derivative works based on your work.
In other words, please only write here if you're willing for anyone to read and edit what you write. As a participant, you are free to edit text here as you see fit. As a matter of clarity and integrity, we ask that you not make changes to someone's signed words that will change their meaning. If you want to create a new work based on others' work (in the usual wiki ways) please go ahead, and leave it unsigned, or if you prefer, put a "Contributors:" line at the end, listing the names of those whose work you based your work on.
Separately, you also grant Ncdd Wiki the right to... [rights we license to others]
Disclaiming accuracy & non-infringement
Neither the National Coalition For Dialogue And Deliberation, nor any of the participants in Ncdd Wiki, make any warranty as to the accuracy, authorship, or non-infringement of any works contained in Ncdd Wiki.
If you see anythinig that you believe is inaccurate or inaccurately attributed, please edit it to correct it, or if that seems inappropriate, add a comment explaining your concern. If you believe there is an infringement of any kind, please remove the infringed material, and/or contact John Abbe, the wiki facilitator.
