Write information that you trust is accurate and useful. Describe actions that readers can take.
Generally use third person. Conversation and first person are harder to summarize into information and actions.
Place words where they are easy to read, which isn't always at the bottom. When Editing Wiki Pages emphasize the flow of ideas, not the chronology of contribution.
Simple language often communicates better.
First-person experience can also aid understanding. What do you see and hear (& other senses), what are your emotions and intuitions? What does it mean to you?
