On the 2/17/04 conference call, Vicki suggested we ask participants:
#What was the best thing about your Let's Talk America conversation? #What was the worst thing about your LTA conversation? #What did you learn?
Leif pointed out that it would be best to give people options to select from rather than have to sort through multitudes of responses.
I (Sandy) was thinking that it might be best to think about what our goals are for participants, and then ask them multiple choice questions to see how effective we've been at reaching our goals. Maybe something like...
Were you able to find common ground or identify common values with people whose political ideologies are different from your own? (Yes, no, somewhat)
How did your LTA conversation leave you feeling about the future of America? (hopeful, wary, confused, etc.)
Would you participate in this kind of dialogue process again? (yes, no, not sure)
Other ideas?
