I'd recommend looking at work from http://creativecommons.org/ which are collections of Copy Right rules that you can mix and match - they are to some degree court tested and lawyer approved - Jonathan Hendler
I know they've been lawyer-approved, but are they court tested? Got any links?
Creative Commons has developed several clear licenses which may be useful. Their page with good background on copyright: http://creativecommons.org/learn/legal/ Their page for writers: http://creativecommons.org/learn/artistscorners/writers
It's fun imagining the people in the courtroom gradually realizing how it works, spaghetti-ing and reunifying content and language and making ownership impossible to trace.
