I propose a new topic: Visual Facilitation. There are people especially in California who do this kind of work since c30 years, and it is spreading over the world. It gives participants a wholehearted understanding of processes and offers ways of engaging people by drawing themselves. Our little office in Germany exists for more than 6 years now, learn more about our type of work, which is different from our US friends, under http//:www.visuelle-protokolle.de - Reinhard I am very new to this organization. I have been receiving your newsletter and perusing the webpage. I'm not sure if anyone shares this interest. I am frequently involved in building training curricula for leaders of nonprofit and service-oriented organizations. I have been assisting these groups in identifying and engaging in collaborative work for many years. I am always surprised at how poorly people are prepared to lead collaborative initiatives. The traditional leadership skills that depend on business leadership principles don't translate well. There is lot of work that's been done on community collaboration, but i don't see a lot of integration with dialogue and deliberation facilitation. What am I missing?

The Bohm Dialogue, especially Collective Reflection has significance for me in terms of artistic critique and dialogue.

If one wanted to connect this to Jungian thought I'd relate to that.
