Time required:

Can be done anytime, for as short as 30 seconds to bring a symbol to mind to 5 minutes for a short group visualization. Energy Circles take 20 minutes to an hour depending on Group Size.

The Bohm Dialogue, especially Collective Reflection has significance for me in terms of artistic critique and dialogue.

If one wanted to connect this to Jungian thought I'd relate to that.
